The Diclum Elementary School community welcomes its new principal Mrs. Mary Ann P. Huelar. She is the 19th school head of our school since it began 76 years ago in 1938.  The change in our school leadership came through a special order issued by the Office of the Schools Division Superintendent dated 11 August 2014 mandating reshuffling of school heads who have completed five years of service in their present station.  The order was in compliance to DECS Order No. 8, series of 1999 dated 26 January 1999.

Mrs. Huelar earned her bachelor's degree in elementary education with specialization in Filipino from the University of San Agustin, Iloilo City.

The new principal officially assumed office on August 19, 2014 with Mrs. Efleda S. Nicolasora, District Supervisor, assisting. A simple yet elegant reception was laid out for new principal serving French cuisine.
