The Diclum Elementary School has implemented re-assignments this year in order to maintain its quality standards. This move made the current school personnel increase to a total of 18 and with one permanent teacher finally assigned in the Industrial Arts, a post left vacant for 9 years after the retirement of Mr. Camilo F. Pelingon, MT-II.
A new teacher, Ms. Rosalie Menchate T-I, was assigned in Grade 1. She was a Grade 6 teacher from Camansi Multi-Grade School. This first grade post was vacated by Ms. Lore May Pelingon-Carten T-III who was moved in Grade IV to teach English and Science, replacing Ms. Adela E. Eguilos T-I who was assigned as a new Shop teacher.
A restructured Intermediate Grades program also adjusted the teaching load of the subject teachers as follows:

Ms. Lizalyn G. Eguilos, MT-I, (Mathematics 5&6, HKS 6) 320 mins

Ms. Erlheen P. Cresencio, T-III (Filipino 5&6, HKS 5) 320 mins
Ms. Theresa P. Erispe, MT-II, (EPP, MSEP) 240 mins
Ms. Adela E. Eguilos, T-I, (EPP) 240 mins
Under the Magna Carta for Teachers, actual teaching load must not exceed 360 minutes or 6 hours per day.
The remaining 2 hours shall be spent in preparing instructional materials. Master teachers must also have the highest load among his/her colleagues.
